So many things have been said about ECA stack (Ephedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin). This is a combination of the three drugs working synergistically, meaning the effect is stronger than taking the individual drugs. It is indicated for use by those who want the best way to lose weight fast.
With a lot of discussions in blog posts about the effects and side effects of ECA stack, the first thing anyone taking this drug should know first is what he is taking in. It should not be ignored that this is plainly a supplement. It is potentially dangerous is taken in large doses and for individuals who are predisposed to other health problems.
The best ECA stack dosage is 25 mgs of Ephedrine, 200 mgs of caffeine and 325 mgs of Aspirin.
The stack can be taken 2-3 times a day, depending on one’s tolerance. It is important however, to have something in your stomach before taking in these pills. The best is to take the first dose in the morning, and the subsequent doses may be spread out every 4-6 hours. It is not recommended to be taken late in the afternoon as this will cause difficulty in sleeping (insomnia). This is taken 5-6 days a week. If you need to stop because you feel like you are standing on a plateau, take some days off before you start again.
The central ingredients are ephedrine and caffeine. Taking the Aspirin is an option. It is supposed to contribute to the stack’s effectiveness by decreasing the body’s natural resistance. One side effect of taking in Caffeine in high doses is rapid heartbeat which may cause a heart attack, so the aspirin is there to control the heart beat, as it is its primary function.
The stacks effectiveness is in its appetite suppressant effect. The effects are a major decrease in appetite, increased fat burning and muscle sparing through the stimulation of beta-receptor sites. It also causes thermogenisis or the creation of heat in the body.
ECA stack is not advisable for children and young adults (20 years and below). Even if it is intended as a treatment for obesity in children, it is still not a good idea for them to take this in their growing years. The side effects of the individual drugs to children are dangerous to a degree.
Someone with heart problems or persistent high blood pressure should definitely stay away from this. It is not advisable for pregnant women and for individuals with thyroid problems.
