Don’t we just hate cellulites? Who would ever love having fatty deposits, which bounces to and fro and dances with your every action? Nobody. It would be like having another person to carry around. What’s even worse about it is that it looks really nasty.

It is a little similar with squatting but in the former, one foot is placed one step backward while doing the upward-downward motion. Also, there is what we call as “Super Duper Toner”.

This routine is exaggeratedly called this way because it indeed works like that. It starts with lying flat on the floor while putting up your feet on a chair. Pull your body up but your shoulders, your head and your arms must stay flat on the floor at all times. Remain at the diagonal positions for 10 seconds.

After that, lift your left leg up for the same amount of time then the right. While doing all this, you should keep your abdominals contracted. Although this routine could seem harder than the others, this would be burning lots and lots of cellulite for a shorter span of time. It is not called ‘super duper’ for nothing.

These three exercise routines are just a few of the many one can choose from if he or she wishes to be cellulite-free in no time. As a matter of fact, several exercises for women were developed to include movements that will the effect of reducing or preventing cellulite build-up. This is how hated cellulite is.
