Want to know what is the formula on how to get a six pack fast? Do you have what it takes to make minor changes of your lifestyle? If so then read on.
Getting a six pack is a job that is not easily done, but definitely achievable. The formula is very simple actually, and anyone could do it. That is healthy diet and healthy workouts. Sounds vague I know, but I’ll explain them a little why. For the formula to work though, you should be committed. Not in a strict manner but a slow and progressive manner.
The healthy diet I’m talking about is composed of fresh fruits and vegetables that you can eat for your major meals. It is suggested to have at least 6 small meals a day to decrease starvation and increase metabolic rate. The more you do this the more you get flatter abs. Try to eat slowly as well. Also drink lots of water. It is recommended as well to drink green tea for increased metabolism. Try to start slowly with this change.
For your regular fast food and junk food intake, eat them as small as you can. Go for small size and if possible try to cut them into half and save the other half for later. This would save you budget and save you from belly fats. Alcohol drinking spree would be lessened as well.
For the best six pack workout, you would have to abdominal exercise consisting of crunches, leg raise, jackknife sit ups, and bicycling. Do this as often 3 to 5 times a week. Have alternate rest days which you can use for your regular jogs. The important thing is you should be consistent.
If you still have an issue with your belly fats, then do cardio exercise more often. It is safe to do so, and you can do it regularly. Regular jogs around the park, doing some extra chores, anything as long as it make you sweat is good enough. Those belly fats would love a stagnant life. So as much as you can, get out from that couch and move. Do some dancing, and once you get flat abs, do some regular abdominal workouts.
