But it has been recommended by most health experts that drinking tea is far better than having coffee. This is because having too much caffeine from coffee can affect functions of the body such as its metabolism.

4. Avoid too much fried foods. If you want to lose weight quickly then it is time that you stay away from fried foods. Most people would want to cook fried foods because it is easier and simpler to make. Fried foods are very high in fat and oil and there are also stored and hidden oil in it.

5. Have a weekly exercise plan. If you are too busy to have a daily exercise (especially during weekdays) then you can have a weekly exercise instead. You have to somehow burn those extra calories that you have consumed during the week so that it will not be converted into fats.

6. Avoid skipping meals. The worst weight loss advice is skipping meals. When you skip meals and make yourself hungry, your body will feel that it is in the starvation mode that is why it will tend to keep as much body fat as it can. The truth is, it is better to have more than your usual meals (have at least five to six meals per day) to keep your metabolism going.

7. Have one egg per day. Eggs are very rich in protein that is good for muscle building. The more muscle you build, the more calories your body can burn. But make sure that you don’t have more than one egg per day because having too much of it may increase the cholesterol level of your body.

There are many programs out there that promise fast weight loss, and let’s be honest here, most of them are scams.  Every other infomercial is a weight loss product, and so it is hard to know which ones are legit.  There are programs out there that claim to be able to teach you how to lose 30 pounds in 30 days, but are they true?  Well, if they are based on diet and exercise then yes, they are true.

The key with weight loss is to really combine the right nutrition and the right kinds and amount of exercise.  Some people try to starve themselves hoping that since they are eating little to no food that it will help them to lose weight.  Not only is this dangerous to your body in the short term and long term, it probably won’t work after a day or two.  You body is really good at adapting to it’s surroundings, and so if it begins to think it won’t be getting good, it’s going to hold onto any of the fat that you do have in case it doesn’t get any food in a while.  So, you’ll end up either losing no weight, or the food you do eat will be held onto by your body.

All you need to do is eat less calories and eat better foods.  One of the ways to do that is to cut out eating out.  Wake up 10 minutes earlier and prepare yourself a lunch for work.  In that lunch, pack some vegetables and fruits for you to snack on throughout the day.  This will help to keep your metabolism going throughout the day since it is constantly breaking down food, it’ll start breaking down the fat in your body.
