The key to getting abs is actually in the nutrition. People say that abs are created in the kitchen and not in the gym. This is because you need to lose the layer of fat on your stomach in order for your belly to show. In order to lose this fat, you need eat carefully to stay healthy but be in a calorie deficit to lose the fat. However, this weight loss can’t be too sudden or else you’ll also lose muscle mass as well. It is recommended to lose only lose 1 or 2 pounds a week.

Dieting and exercising to get abs… no wonder putting on a mens compression shirt to get abs was easier in the winter. However, if you want to look good in the summer shirtless, you must pay the price.
