There is no one who does not want to lead a healthy life, and for the ladies, I have some great health and Lady Fitness tips that will help you achieve this. Getting started is often the biggest problem, but if you have these few tips at hand, I am certain you will be off to a great start.
- The first and probably one of the most important lady fitness tips you need to know is to have a goal. This may seem intuitive but if you know what you want to achieve in relation to your current health and fitness status, you will find it easier to go about it. That is not enough, as you set the lady fitness goals, you have to be realistic, personal and set a point that is challenging to you. It could be losing some weight, getting into a particular tight jeans, getting stronger or anything close to that. Lady fitness and health is a broad goal, you should go for it.
- Once you have a lady fitness and health goal, be sure to have a timeline. This is self-explanatory, the goal you set should have a time cap e.g. losing 10lbs in 3 weeks or being able to walk a few miles without resting by the end of the month. Every goal has to be measured; this will give you more incentive and keep you on track.
- Come up with a lady fitness and health plan and keep track of your progress throughout. The best plan should be a breakup of the goals into small achievable increments within the time period allocated. Small increments make lady fitness plans more achievable and less daunting. Use journals, online blogs and even charts to monitor your lady fitness plans. This makes you more accountable and inspired in your venture.
