The truth is, it is better to have more than your usual meals (have at least five to six meals per day) to keep your metabolism going.
7. Have one egg per day. Eggs are very rich in protein that is good for muscle building. The more muscle you build, the more calories your body can burn. But make sure that you don’t have more than one egg per day because having too much of it may increase the cholesterol level of your body.
