The double chin and facial loose skin is not a selective problem, it can affect anybody who is not careful about how they treat their faces. First, know that in most cases, double chin is not an aging or a genetic condition but is acquired by improper health and poor lifestyles. Fat accumulation on the face is the cause of double chins and the only natural and most recommended way to get rid of the double chins is by undertaking double chin exercises that will work the muscles and force the burning of the stored fat.

Good chin exercises do not focus only on burning the face fat, they also tighten the loose skin, muscles and lift the chin area to its normal youthful position. The first effective exercise is sitting upright looking at the ceiling then doing the chewing movement with the lower jaw only. Repeat this exercise 20 times per set and do three to five sets a day. Another variation of the face exercises can be done lying on the bed with the head hanging over the edge then lifting the head till the chin touches the torso and taking it back to the hanging position. These facial exercises may seem bizarre but they are very effective in getting rid of the double chins. What is important is to remember that because they are not very intensive, they only pay off when you do enough repetitions per set and do them more frequently, as many as thrice or five times a day.
