If your ever up at 4am and flipping through the stations on the television you have then probably seen the commercial for the air climber as seen on TV. This product aims to get viewers off the couch and into a workout mode, and does so in a revolutionary way.
Normal stair masters are bulky and generally hard to move around the house or gym, which make them a commodity few and far between these days. The air climber however is a small light weight machine which allows users to perform the same stepping motion that is easy on both the knees and lower back, without taking up an entire room in the home.
When you first receive the air climber package in the mall you are able to pop the air climber dvd into your dvd player and follow along as Brenda Dyrgraf, the creator of the machine, works you through an exercise program that is sure to make you sweat. Also included in the package is a detailed diet and nutritional plan which is the number one key to loose weight and getting fit. Other benefits of the air climber is the fact that it comes with an adjustable resistance setting, which very simply means that as you feel comfortable you are able to move up in difficulty. The more you move up the more calories you will burn, and the more toned you will become.
Folks the bottom line with loosing weight is the simple fact that it requires a great amount of commitment and hard work. You are not going to be able to eat pizza and hit the gym once a week and expect to see any physical change. Contrarily if you stick to the diet and nutritional program included as well as use the machine every day for at least twenty minutes their is no reason for you not to see results as soon as possible.

Fast Weight Loss is Found on Late Night TV

Who wants to reach their goal extremely slow and easy?  Most people will take the “easy” part but forget this whole idea of slow.  I imagine, if I could show you a way to lose 20 lbs over the next 7 days, I’d probably be very wealthy.  It’s the holy grail of weight that everyone is looking for: a fast weight loss diet.

It’s probably a lot smarter to look at percent body fat rather than weight, when you’re setting your goals.  If you’re on a quick weight loss diet plan and you don’t accompany it with some sort of fitness program, it’s not going to be quick.  But, the factor which seems to confuse people is the whole idea of gaining muscle while losing fat.  If you’re doing it right, your size and percent fat will drop rapidly, but your actual weight may not.

A pound of muscle is a lot more dense than a pound of fat.  That means, if you lose one pound of fat and replace it with one pound of muscle, you’re going to be smaller.  It’s a matter of human physiology that can’t really be argued.

Knowing all this is one thing, but figuring out the quickest weight to reach your goals is another.  Bottom line, you need to burn more calories than you’re consuming.  It’s like a mantra for me.  I just won’t let people be fooled any more by these wild weight loss claims.  Burn more, consume less.  It’s really that simple.

So, what’s the best way to burn more?  Engage in some sort of cardio exercise to not only burn off calories as you’re doing it, but also kick-start your metabolism which will help you through the rest of the day. But, don’t stop with the cardio alone.  If you don’t add in some sort of resistance training or weight training, you’re going to not gain muscle.  Building muscle will help raise your metabolic rate which helps you burn more calories all day long, even while you’re resting.

So, piece this all together and you know you have to consume less calories with a healthy diet.  Burn more calories with some aggressive cardio exercises and then add some muscle with some sort of resistance training.

This isn’t the stuff you’re going to see promised on late night TV but it is something you can count on actually working.  If having a fabulous body was fast and easy, we’d all have one.  It takes time, dedication and hard work.  Anything worth having, does.

Walking on a treadmill will help your heart because you are getting cardio exercise. When you exercise your brain releases endorphins, and they help you have more energy.

Unbelievably many people say that when they exercise they start to have more confidence in themselves and are even told they look younger. This could be because when you exercise your blood flow, circulation and your heart rate increases. Having better circulation and blood flow makes your skin rosy and that helps you to look younger. Many people also cannot afford the monthly fee for a gym membership. If you have young children, you would also have to consider putting them in daycare while you are at the gym or hiring a babysitter.

Another benefit of having a cheap treadmill at your house is the convince to exercise when you want to. You also do not have to worry about someone else’s germs being on the equipment. Many people also do not have the confidence of exercising in front of other people.

Having a home treadmill will help you to get your body in shape and help you get healthier. You can get all of the benefits of going to the gym without ever having to leave your house. You will see an improvement in your overall attitude and health.
